• Developed strategic roadmap for a large automotive player to improve profitability of the dealer network across the country

• Led a global (spread over 25 countries) material cost reduction project aimed to improve EBITDA by 8% in one year through, strategic sourcing and value engineering.
• Reduced material cost for 2nd largest producer of Tractors in Canada, by value engineering, redesigning ‘Make v/s Buy’ decision criteria, consolidating suppliers, resulting in cost saving of INR 261 million
• Realised cost reductions at a large procurement cost reduction project aimed at driving direct material cost by11.2%
• 9% cost reduction achieved in Indirect (Travel and IT)spend, in under 3 months time frame
• Designed and implemented operations strategy for 3rd largest Pressure Die Caster in India; resulting in INR 30 million saving in 12 weeks
• Increased profitability of a global financial services firm in Hong Kong and Indonesia by INR 170 million by reducing cost of quality, increasing online process adoption, removing legacy redundant processes and planning resources per workload fluctuations
