HEMALATHA RAJAN
Director
Latha is a co-founder of Ma Foi and Director at Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in Finance, Audit and Executive Search. Latha is also the Managing Trustee of the Ma Foi Foundation which supports 4000 underprivileged children by empowering them through Education and other activities. The Foundation also supports healthcare through the Ekam Trust.

Aditya Narayan Mishra

Director & Group CEO

Aditya has over two decades of experience starting with L&T and the EPC industry and followed by Ma Foi which eventually divested into Randstad. As President of Staffing, Randstad India, he has led some of India’s largest recruitment assignments across multiple industry verticals. He has been an Executive Board Member for the Indian Staffing Federation and helped the organization consistently break new ground. He is also a credible opinion maker in the media in areas like HR and economics.

Santhosh Nair
Director & Group COO

Santosh has over 18 years of experience. He rose from a Consultant at Randstad to Director, Professional Staffing in under 12 years. He has handled recruitment, staffing and tier-II business expansion. Under his leadership the business grew from 19000 deputees to 50000 in a short span of time. Santhosh also spearheaded the conversion of 40 Business Partner Offices to Ma Foi's own offices, besides setting up a Shared Services Centre to increase operational efficiency.

K. Pandia Rajan (KPR)
Inspiration and Mentor

K Pandiarajan (KPR) is the Founder of Ma Foi and is one of the most well-respected business leaders in India with over 30 years of experience in Management and Human Resources. He was at the forefront of the transformational changes that swept the HR landscape over the last three decades and has pioneered the HR outsourcing concept in India.

Under his leadership, Ma Foi Management Consultants had placed over 400,000 workers/professionals in 3500 companies across 36 countries with overseas subsidiaries being established in 13 countries. At one juncture, Ma Foi had the unique track record of placing 1 person every 2 minutes. KPR was conferred the Eisenhower Fellowship in 2000 and is actively involved in the development activities of the Ma Foi Foundation that focuses on empowering children, women and youth through education, healthcare and livelihood support. He was the Founding Chairman of the Indian Staffing Federation among several other pioneering industry bodies he founded. KPR holds a Masters in Business Administration (PM & IR) from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), and a B.E. (Hons.) degree in Engineering.

Kavitha

Head of Legal & Compliance

A dynamic professional with 25 years of experience in the Legal field with an advantage of Bar practice and handling corporate Legal functions in various industries including Manufacturing, Services, and Real Estate for 19 years. Her Bar practice, Law firm exposure and Corporate experience augmented her adept knowledge about Indian Laws with strong ability to interpret legal issues and provide solutions.
An effective communicator with good relationship management skills and ability to build cordial business relations with Legal counsels and other government agencies.

Her areas of expertise include Strategizing and Implementing applicable Corporate Laws, Provide Compliance services for Labour and Social Security Laws, Contract Drafting and Management, Intellectual Property Rights Advisory and Registration, Legal & Compliance Consulting & Audit, POSH at Work etc.

Banu

Head of HRCM

Banu Heads HR Consulting Practice at Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt. Ltd. She has 15+ years of experience leading initiatives in HR systems, performance management system, employee engagement, talent management strategy & implementation, training, skill consulting, due diligence of training proposal, business performance evaluation, feasibility studies, with over 100+ engagements across industries for clients in India, US, Middle East, and Singapore. She has completed her Masters in Financial Management from Bharathidasan University and IFMR and Executive Strategic Performance Management program from XLRI Jamshedpur.
