Situation

One of our client from Beauty & wellness Industry approached us for developing training modules for the workforce that manages their customers across the country through their Academy.

Pain Points

Some of the pain points for the client were:

• The workforce was skilled / unskilled saloon, maintenance staff and so on and hence the motivation level for self-learning was low.
• There was a shortage of good trainers for conducting training sessions and also gathering sufficient batch strength to justify class room session was not feasible.
• The course modules to be accessed by their staffs / franchisees with large number of workforce, hence tracking the usage of the course was required.
• Measuring the effectiveness of the course was a challenge.

Customized Moodle based LMS was deployed for the client requirement

Worked with the Subject Matter Experts / Experienced Trainers from the client,  our Instructional Designers came up with suitable course strategy that would appeal to the target learners. The courses were developed in Flash with engaging stories, practical scenarios, animations and interactivity.
