As an Organization that promotes a feedback culture, The Employee Engagement Survey (ESS) has become an invaluable management tool for SAIB. Over the years, SAIB has conducted Engagement Surveys with the kind assistance of Ma Foi and each survey has helped us improve the overall HR climate of the Bank, measured via an engagement index. The survey questions are most relevant to our organizational needs and the key drivers identified through the survey findings have enabled us to focus on the core issues that have the biggest organizational impact. Thanks to the professionalism demonstrated by Ma Foi in handling the myriads of questions raised by line managers, action on ESS findings has now become an important KPI for all managers.
